During H1 2022, JVC apartments recorded an uptick of 2.82% in the average sales price per square foot, which now stands at AED 872. Buyers who wish to invest in apartments for sale in JVC will need to budget an average spend of AED 419k for studios, AED 682k for 1-bed, and AED 1.04M for 2-bed flats.
