Absolute worst real estate company I’ve dealt with. Beware of the agent named Saqib. He will promise you everything but then after signing the contract and taking all your payment, he will show his true color and not bother about you. We moved in to a house from this broker almost 2 months ago and the house does not have water! We moved in 5 days after contract start date because there was an issue with the property’s ejari and we had to sort it out all by ourselves when obviously it happened because the agent did not do his job of making sure the previous tenant ejari was already cancelled before taking a new contract. We were promised by Saqib that the property will have all kitchen appliances and then after signing the contract, they told us there won’t be a washing machine and there is no kitchen hood extractor! It’s been an absolute nightmare living in the property from these people! Beware of them and don’t trust especially Saqib who is an absolute liar!
